Bella Notte Wedding and Event Planners

The purpose of the initial consultation is to offer advice and ideas on all aspects of your wedding:

•  setting your budget,

• choosing a venue,

• determining the type of ceremony best suited to your personal style,

• Questions of etiquette,

• Determining the level of involvement you wish Bella Notte to have 

Bella Notte Wedding and Event Planners will be there to guide you in your decisions, throughout your planning process.

This package is designed for those who have already planned and organized their own wedding, but would like to have someone orchestrate every detail on their wedding day.

This package includes:

Upon Booking:

• An Initial Consultation.

One month prior to the wedding date:

• The Couple supplies Bella Notte with a detailed list of the vendors hired for the wedding day and the services booked.
• Bella Notte Wedding and Event Planners will examine the list to ensure that all aspects have been considered, if there are items to be added, you will be advised. Your wedding planner will also put together a detailed wedding day schedule.

One week prior to the wedding:

• Your wedding planner will attend all final meetings with you and the vendors. 

Prior to wedding:

• Bella Notte Wedding and Event Planners will attend the rehearsal and offer any advice needed. This offers your wedding planner an opportunity to meet with the family and wedding party.

Wedding Day Service:

• Includes up to 8 hours on the wedding day.
• Your wedding planner will arrive well in advance of the ceremony, to oversee the arrival and placement of the flowers, decorations, etc.
• You planner will be there to answer any questions by wedding vendors. Once it is determined that all the guests have arrived, your wedding planner will escort the bridal party to the processional site and co-ordinate the processional so that everything runs smoothly.
• After the ceremony, your wedding planner will assist with photos (if requested) as well as overseeing the set up of the reception site (i.e. small décor items such as favours, personal centerpieces, guest book)

Bella Notte Wedding and Event Planners are also there to oversee the wedding dinner and reception and co-ordinate the events of the evening with the Master of Ceremonies.

Your Planner will leave once last formality (usually first dance or cake cutting) is completed.

This is a package designed for the couple who would like to have one on one contact with Bella Notte Wedding and Event Planners throughout the wedding planning process. Bella Notte Wedding and Event Planners will be there to assist with setting a budget, suggestions for vendors, packages, wedding day schedules, etiquette, etc. With this package, once the couple has decided what they would like, Bella Notte Wedding and Event Planners will then take responsibility for dealing with the vendors on the couple’s behalf - booking and communicating with each vendor and providing one point of contact for all service providers.

This package includes all of the details of the Wedding Day Package in addition to:

15 Hours of Pre-Planning which includes:

• All pre-wedding consultation/meetings with the Bride & Groom
• All vendor sourcing, meetings and contract negotiations
• Budget creation and monitoring
• Pre-Wedding vendor confirmations
• Unlimited emails and phone calls between Bella Notte and the Bride & Groom
• Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
• Wedding day coordination (up to 8 hours on-site) including:
  • Ceremony set-up and venue inspection
  • Liaise with the Bride & Groom
  • Itinerary/logistic management
  • Photography session assistance/coordination
  • Reception set-up and inspection
  • Overseeing of vendors and reconciliation
  • Gift relocation
  • Loose ends on site
